Immun-Ex Serum-free Medium for Immune Cells is a serum-free medium specially developed for the growth of immune cells. Its components are clear and it contains no animal-derived components. It supports the expansion and culture of immune cells such as T and NK cells from tissues like fresh and frozen PBMC and UBMC.

1.NK cell culture:Using frozen UBMC as the starting cells, after two weeks of expansion, the expansion multiple of NK cells is as high as 1023 times, the viability is 96.32%, the purity of NK cells reaches 99.5%, and it has high activity in killing NK-sensitive hematological (K562) and solid (A1847) tumor cell lines.
